By purchasing a reading from this website, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Nature of Service
All readings are based on intuitive interpretation, including clairvoyant perception, palm photograph energy, tarot, chakra, pendulum and rune-based insight.
These readings are subjective in nature and may vary in interpretation.
For Entertainment Purposes Only
All services are for entertainment purposes only.
Readings are not intended to replace professional advice, including but not limited to:
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Psychological or health support.
You should always seek a qualified professional for these matters.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use my services.
No Guarantees
While every reading is completed with care and intention, no specific outcomes, predictions, or results are guaranteed.
Delivery
Readings are delivered by email within the time-frame stated on the relevant service page.
The Inner World Reading is delivered within 3-4 days of receiving payment and the customer's completed booking and uploaded material.
Delivery times may occasionally be effected by workload or unforeseen circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, the customer will be informed.
Photographs
By booking a reading, you agree that anonymised images of your palm photograph and completed handwritten reading may be used by Spiritual Whispers for promotional purposes.
All names, email addresses and other identifying information will be removed from any images used for promotional purposes to help protect your privacy.
Client confidentiality
I respect all of my clients as individuals and conduct my business as confidentially as possible.
Privacy
No personal information is required beyond your email and palm image submission.
All submissions are kept private and confidential.
In exceptional circumstances where there is a serious and immediate concern for a person's safety, I reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include contacting emergency services or other relevant authorities where necessary.
Refund Policy and 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
I want every customer to feel confident when purchasing a spiritual reading or my Personalised Spiritual Journey Guide.
7-Day Review Period
Customers have seven days from the date of delivery to review their purchase. If a reading or guide does not feel meaningful or relevant to the customer, they may request a refund within this period.
All refund requests will be reviewed individually and fairly. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Refunds and Digital Content
If a refund is approved under my 7-day satisfaction guarantee, the customer agrees to stop using the reading or personalised digital guide and to delete or destroy all copies in their possession or control, including downloaded PDF files, printed copies and saved email attachments.
The customer may be asked to confirm in writing that they have stopped using the material and have deleted or destroyed their copies. Written confirmation may be requested by email before the refund is finalised, where permitted by applicable law.
Repeated Refund Requests
Repeated or excessive refund requests may be reviewed individually. Any decision will be made fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This 7-day satisfaction guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, any statutory consumer rights that apply to the customer. Any cancellation rights, refund entitlements or other remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected.
User Responsibility
By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
- Any insights provided are for personal reflection only.
Change to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
