Nature of Service
All readings are based on intuitive interpretation, including clairvoyant perception, palm photograph energy, tarot, chakra, pendulum and rune-based insight.
These readings are subjective in nature and may vary in interpretation.

No Guarantees
While every reading is completed with care and intention, no specific outcomes, predictions, or results are guaranteed.
Delivery
Readings are delivered via email within a selected time frame (typically 48 hours unless otherwise stated).
Delays may occasionally occur due to workload or unforeseen circumstances.
Photographs
By booking a reading, you agree that anonymised images of your palm photograph and completed handwritten reading may be used by Spiritual Whispers for promotional purposes.
All names, email addresses and other identifying information will be removed from any images used for promotional purposes to help protect your privacy.
Client confidentiality
I respect all of my clients as individuals and conduct my business as confidentially as possible.
Privacy
No personal information is required beyond your email and palm image submission.
All submissions are kept private and confidential.
In exceptional circumstances where there is a serious and immediate concern for a person's safety, I reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include contacting emergency services or other relevant authorities where necessary.
Refund Policy
If your reading does not feel meaningful or relevant to you, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Refund requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
Repeated or excessive refund requests may be declined.
